Sarah Macleod was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Norman MacLeod of MacLeod, 23rd Chief and Sarah Stackhouse.2,3 She married Robert Pringle of Stichill, younger, son of Sir James Pringle of Stichill, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Macleod, on 22 April 1806.1 She died in June 1806.1
