     James Drummond Pringle was born on 12 April 1906.1 He was the son of Sir Norman Robert Pringle of Stichill, 8th Bt. and Florence Madge Vaughan.2 He married, firstly, Nina Beryl Trutwein, daughter of P. W. Trutwein, in 1932.1 He and Nina Beryl Trutwein were divorced in 1946.1 He married, secondly, Pauline (?) in July 1947.1 He died in 1960.1

     Nina Beryl Trutwein was the daughter of P. W. Trutwein.2 She married James Drummond Pringle, son of Sir Norman Robert Pringle of Stichill, 8th Bt. and Florence Madge Vaughan, in 1932.1 She and James Drummond Pringle were divorced in 1946.1 She died in 1988.1
     Sessions Judge Burma.1 Her married name became Stichill. From 1946, her married name became Pringle.1
