     Walter Anthony Gilbey was born on 26 February 1935.1 He is the son of Sir Henry Walter Gilbey, 2nd Bt. and Marion Robert.2 He married Jenifer Mary Price, daughter of Captain James Timothy Noel Price, on 20 April 1964.1
