     Henry Spread was born in 1774.1 He was the son of William Spread and Elizabeth Peard.1 He married Henriette Deane, daughter of Sir Robert Tilson Deane, 1st Baron Muskerry and Anne FitzMaurice, in 1807.1 He died in 1827 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
     Henry Spread was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Limerick Militia.1
