     Major Archibald Primrose Liston Foulis was born on 28 August 1874.1 He was the son of Sir James Liston Foulis, 9th Bt. and Sarah Helen Ochterlony.1 He married Agnèse Eudora Wingate, daughter of Captain George M. Wingate, on 31 October 1907.1 He died on 30 November 1917 at age 43, killed in action.1
     Major Archibald Primrose Liston Foulis gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Marines Artillery.1 He gained the rank of Acting Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Garrison Artillery.1 He gained the rank of First World War.1

     Agnèse Eudora Wingate is the daughter of Captain George M. Wingate.1 She married, firstly, Major Archibald Primrose Liston Foulis, son of Sir James Liston Foulis, 9th Bt. and Sarah Helen Ochterlony, on 31 October 1907.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Neil Inglefield Eastman on 15 July 1922.1
     From 31 October 1907, her married name became Liston Foulis.1 From 15 July 1922, her married name became Eastman.1
