Sir Henry Hugh Arthur Hoare, 6th Bt. was born on 19 November 1865.1 He was the son of Henry Arthur Hoare and Julia Lucy Lane.2 He married Alda Weston, daughter of William Henry Purcell Weston, on 4 October 1887.1 He died on 25 March 1947 at age 81.1
Sir Henry Hugh Arthur Hoare, 6th Bt. was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Hoare, of Barn Elms, co. Surrey [G.B., 1786] on 7 July 1894.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Wiltshire in 1915.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.1
