     Elizabeth Julia Finch Simpson was the daughter of John Finch Simpson.2 She married Reverend Charles Archdale Palmer, son of Sir Charles Thomas Palmer, 2nd Bt. and Harriot Pepperell, on 27 February 1838.1 She died on 5 January 1901.1
     From 27 February 1838, her married name became Palmer.

     He was educated at Laleham School, Laleham, London, England.2 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He graduated in 1837 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He graduated in 1840 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He held the office of Bishop of Wellington, New Zealand in 1857.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1
