Frances Rachel Digby was the daughter of Charles Wriothesly Digby and Frances Anna Margaret Blagrave. She married, firstly, Reverend R. H. Wingfield Digby on 14 February 1865. She married, secondly, Charles Thomas Palmer on 21 February 1882. She died on 11 December 1930.
