     Lt.-Col. Sir Cecil William Francis Stafford-King-Harman, 2nd Bt. was baptised with the name of Cecil William Francis Stafford.2 On 17 September 1932 his name was legally changed to Cecil William Francis Stafford-King-Harman by Royal Licence.2 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Stafford [U.K., 1914] on 11 May 1935.2
