Sir Woolmer Rudolph Donati White, 1st Bt. was born on 21 August 1858.1 He was the son of Major Timothy White and Emily Celestina Dymock.2 He married Edith Wittcomb Monck, daughter of George Dawes Monck, on 3 July 1883.1 He died on 6 December 1931 at age 73.3
Sir Woolmer Rudolph Donati White, 1st Bt. held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Hampshire Territorial Forces.1 He held the office of Member of the Norfolk County Council between 1912 and 1922.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Norfolk in 1914.1 He was created 1st Baronet White, of Salle Park, Norfolk [U.K.] on 29 June 1922.1
