     Sir Robert Ernest Williams, 9th Bt. was born on 6 June 1923.3 He is the son of Ernest Claude Williams and Theresa Gertrude Graefer.2 He married Ruth Margaret Butcher, daughter of Charles Edwin Butcher, on 3 July 1948.3 He died in 1976.3
     Sir Robert Ernest Williams, 9th Bt. was educated at McKenzie High School, Dauphin, Manitoba, Canada.3 He was with Canadian National Railways between 1944 and 1960.3 He succeeded to the title of 9th Baronet Williams, of Tregullow, Cornwall [U.K., 1866] on 1 July 1960.1
