     Sir John Verney, 2nd Bt. was born on 30 September 1913.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Ralph Verney, 1st Bt. and Janette Cheveria Hamilton Walker.2 He married Jeanie Lucinda Musgrave, daughter of Major Herbert Musgrave, on 29 March 1939.1 He died on 2 February 1993 at age 79.1

     Jeanie Lucinda Musgrave usually went by her middle name of Lucinda.1 From 29 March 1939, her married name became Verney. She lived in 2003 at 21 Chalcot Road, London, EnglandG.1
