     Edward Bolton Clive was the son of George Clive and Sidney Bolton.1 He married Hon. Harriet Archer, daughter of Andrew Archer, 2nd Lord Archer, Baron of Umberslade and Sarah West, in December 1790.1 He died on 22 July 1845.1
     Edward Bolton Clive held the office of High Sheriff of Herefordshire in 1802.1 He lived at Whitfield, Herefordshire, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hereford between 1826 and 1845.1
