     From 27 December 1724, her married name became Wheler.1

     Reverend Granville Wheler was born in 1701.2 He was the son of Sir George Wheler and Grace Higgons.1,2 He married Mary Dove, daughter of John Dove.2 He married Lady Catherine Maria Hastings, daughter of Theophilus Hastings, 7th Earl of Huntingdon and Mary Frances Fowler, on 27 December 1724 at Ledstone, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1,3 He died on 12 May 1770 at Otterdon Place, Kent, EnglandG.3
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) in 1728.2

     Sir George Wheler was born in 1650 at Breda, The Netherlands.2 He was the son of Colonel Charles Wheler and Anne Hutchin.2 He married Grace Higgons, daughter of Sir Thomas Higgons and Bridget Granville.2 He died on 15 January 1723 at Durham, County Durham, England.2
     He wrote the book A journey Into Greece, published 1682.2 He was appointed Knight on 1 September 1682.2 He graduated from Lincoln College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1683 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He wrote the book Account of Churches and Places of Assembly of the Primitive Christians, published 1689.2 He wrote the book The Protestant Monastery; or Christian Œconomicks, containing Directions for the Religious Conduct of a Family, published 1698.2 He graduated in 1702 with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)2 He was Rector between 1709 and 1723 at Houghton-le-Spring, County Durham, England.2
