Charles Edward Ernst Shackleton was born on 6 October 1942.2 He was the son of Edward Arthur Alexander Shackleton, Baron Shackleton and Betty Muriel Marguerite Homan.1,2 He married Lady Caroline Harriet Hastings, daughter of Francis John Clarence Westenra Plantagenet Hastings, 16th Earl of Huntingdon and Margaret Lane, on 6 June 1970.1 He died in 1979.1

Warner Francis John Plantagenet Hastings, 15th Earl of Huntingdon and Maud Margaret Wilson.1 She married, firstly, Captain Patrick Keith Cameron, son of Keith Cameron, on 16 July 1918.1 She married, secondly, Captain John Walter Wilson Bridges, son of Rear-Admiral Walter Bogue Bridges, in 1943.1 She died on 22 April 1947 at age 51.1
     From 16 July 1918, her married name became Cameron.1 From 1943, her married name became Bridges.1

     Captain Patrick Keith Cameron was the son of Keith Cameron.1 He married Lady Marian Ileene Mabel Hastings, daughter of Lt.-Col. Warner Francis John Plantagenet Hastings, 15th Earl of Huntingdon and Maud Margaret Wilson, on 16 July 1918.1 He died on 8 February 1933.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Cameron Highlanders.1
