     Anthony Fitz Maude was born in August 1862. He was the son of Maurice Cely Maude and Marie Elise Wehren.1 He married Eva Emily Beresford, daughter of Major Henry Marcus Beresford and Julia Ellen Maunsell, on 27 April 1895.2 He died on 7 June 1935 at age 72.2
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Native Infantry Horse.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Dublin in 1918.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Dublin.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Down.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Fermanagh.2 He lived at Belgard House, Clondalkin, County Dublin, IrelandG.2
