Reverend John Isaac Beresford was born on 13 October 1796. He was the son of Reverend Charles Cobbe Beresford and Amelia Montgomery. He married Sophia White, daughter of Robert White, on 13 June 1824. He died on 9 February 1847 at age 50.

Colonel George John Beresford was born on 21 July 1807. He was the son of Reverend Charles Cobbe Beresford and Amelia Montgomery. He married, firstly, Jane Charlotte Riall, daughter of Charles Riall, on 12 December 1839. He married, secondly, Frances Constantia Uniacke, daughter of Colonel Robert Uniacke and Anne Constantia Beresford, on 15 November 1844. He died on 11 February 1864 at age 56.
