Hon. Douglas James William Kinnaird was born on 26 February 1788.1 He was the son of George Kinnaird, 7th Baron Kinnaird and Elizabeth Ransom.1 He died on 12 March 1830 at age 42 at Pall Mall East, London, England, unmarried.1

Sir Adam Gordon died circa 1329.1
In 1305 he represented Scotland at a Council at Westminster.1 He held the office of Justiciar of Lothian between 1305 and 1312, under English rule.1 After 1314 he supported King Robert I.1 He was granted the territorial Lordship of Strathbogie, forfeited by the Earl of Athole.1 He was Ambassador to convey the Declaration of Arbroath to the Pope in Rome.1 He also had two sons in holy orders.1
