Lt.-Col. Ivor Bertram Fendall Currie was born on 2 August 1872.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Fendall Currie and Julia Buller.2 He married May Constance White, daughter of Field Marshal Sir George White, V.C., on 30 October 1906.1 He died on 1 April 1924 at age 51.1
