     Henry Ussher was born in 1706.1 He was the son of William Ussher and Lettice Waddington.1 He married Frances Waring, daughter of Samuel Waring, on 10 April 1739.1 He died in 1761, without surviving issue.1
     Henry Ussher graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1726 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He lived at Ussher's Quay, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
