     Katherine Crofton was the daughter of John Crofton and Sarah Maypowder.2 She married Joseph Ware, son of Sir James Ware.1 She died in 1650, without issue.1
     Her married name became Ware.

     William Crofton is the son of John Crofton and Jane Duke.1 He married Mary Ussher, daughter of Sir William Ussher and Isabella Loftus.1
     William Crofton lived at Temple House, County Sligo, Ireland.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Sligo in 1606.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Donegal in 1613.1 He held the office of Auditor-General of the Provinces of Ulster and Connaught in 1617.1
