     Augusta Fane was born on 3 November 1831.4 She was the daughter of William Fane and Louisa Hay Dashwood.2,3 She married Colonel Francis Augustus Fane, son of Reverend Edward Fane and Maria Hodges, on 10 February 1863.1 She died on 14 June 1895 at age 63.1
