     Philip Darcy, 6th Lord Darcy de Knayth was born circa 1398.1 He was the son of John Darcy, 5th Lord Darcy de Knayth and Margaret Grey.1 He married Eleanor Fitzhugh, daughter of Henry FitzHugh, 4th Lord FitzHugh.1 He died on 16 January 1417/18.1
     Philip Darcy, 6th Lord Darcy de Knayth succeeded to the title of 6th Lord Darcy de Knayth [E., 1332] on 9 December 1411.1

     Martha Foster was the daughter of John Foster.1 She married Francis Needham, 2nd Earl of Kilmorey, son of General Francis Needham, 1st Earl of Kilmorey and Anne Fisher, on 20 November 1867.1 She died on 6 May 1908, without issue.1
     As a result of her marriage, Martha Foster was styled as Countess of Kilmorey on 20 November 1867. From 20 November 1867, her married name became Needham.1
