     Arthur Monckton was born on 20 July 1845. He was the son of General Henry Monckton and Anne Smythe. He married Gertrude Pleydell-Bouverie, daughter of Jacob Bouverie, 4th Earl of Radnor, on 28 April 1896. He died on 11 January 1940 at age 94.

     Hon. Edward Monckton was born on 3 November 1744. He was the son of John Monckton, 1st Viscount Galway and Jane Westenra. He married Sophia Pigot, daughter of Sir George Pigot, 1st and last Baron Pigot of Patshull, on 14 March 1776.1 He died on 21 July 1832 at age 87.
