Jacob William Goff1

     Jacob William Goff was born in 1790.1 He was the son of William Goff and Rebecca Deaves.2 He married, firstly, Anne Eliza Pemberton-Pigott, daughter of Colonel William Pemberton-Pigott and Ellen Houghton, in 1828.1 He married, secondly, Letitia Alcock, daughter of Reverend Alexander Alcock and Anne Kennedy, in 1833.1 He died in February 1845, without issue.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Wexford.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Wexford.1 He was High Sheriff County Wexford in 1843.1 He lived at Horetown, County Wexford, IrelandG.1

     Colonel William Pemberton-Pigott was born on 3 January 1773.2 He was the son of Hardy Pemberton and Jane Pigott.2 He married Ellen Houghton, daughter of Henry Thomas Houghton, on 20 December 1794.2 He died on 19 March 1854 at age 81.2
     He was given the name of William Pemberton Pigott at birth.2 He lived at Slevoy Castle, County Wexford, IrelandG.1

Strangman Davis-Goff1

     Strangman Davis-Goff was born on 27 May 1810.1 He was the son of Francis Davis and Rebecca Goff.2 He married Susan Maxwell Ussher, daughter of Arthur Ussher and Margaret Hewetson, on 25 February 1835.1 He died on 23 January 1883 at age 72.1
     He was given the name of Strangman Goff at birth.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Wexford.1 On 7 April 1845 his name was legally changed to Strangman Davis-Goff by Royal Licence, under the terms his uncle's will.1 He lived at Horetown, County Wexford, IrelandG.1

     Captain William Ernest Davis-Goff was born on 9 June 1872.1 He was the son of Sir William Davis-Goff, 1st Bt. and Anna Maria Hassard.1 He died on 20 May 1900 at age 27 at Vyrheld, South AfricaG, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Dragoon Guards.1 He fought in the Boer War, in Bethune's Mounted Infantry.1
