     William Pigott was the son of Reverend Harfinch Pigott.2 He married Hannah Goff, daughter of Jacob Goff and Mary Fade.1 He died between 25 July 1788 and 10 November 1788.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 10 November 1788.2
     He lived at Slevoy Castle, County Wexford, IrelandG.1 His last will was dated 25 July 1788.2

     Letitia Alcock was the daughter of Reverend Alexander Alcock and Anne Kennedy.1,2 She married, firstly, Jacob William Goff, son of William Goff and Rebecca Deaves, in 1833.1 She married, secondly, David Beatty, son of Captain David Beatty and Elizabeth Martin, on 16 November 1847.1 She died in 1848.1
     From 1833, her married name became Goff.1 From 16 November 1847, her married name became Beatty.1

James St. Clair, 5th/14th Lord Sinclair1

     James St. Clair, 5th/14th Lord Sinclair was born on 3 July 1803.2 He was the son of Charles St. Clair, 4th/13th Lord Sinclair and Mary Agnes Chisholm.2 He married Jane Little, daughter of Archibald Little and Agnes Oliver, on 14 September 1830.1 He died on 24 October 1880 at age 77.2
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Ensign in 1822 in the Grenadier Guards.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant and Captain in 1826.1 He gained the rank of Major in 1827 in the 92nd Foot.1 He succeeded as the 5th Lord Sinclair [S., 1677] on 30 September 1863.2 He succeeded as the 14th Lord Sinclair [S., 1449] on 30 September 1863.1 He was appointed Representative Peer [Scotland] between 1868 and 1880.1
