     John Booth was baptised on 10 July 1584.1 He was the son of John Booth and Isabella Lowndes.1 He died on 25 November 1659 at age 75, unmarried.1 He was buried at Goostey, Cheshire, England.1
     John Booth also went by the nick-name of ‘the Cheshire Genealogist'.1 He was lord of the manor of Twemlow, Cheshire.1 He demised the Twemlow estate to his brother.1
