Sir Gilbert Ridley Debenham, 3rd Bt. was born on 29 June 1906.1 He is the son of Sir Ernest Ridley Debenham, 1st Bt. and Cecily Kenrick.2 He married Violet Mary Higgins, daughter of George Herbert Higgins, on 1 April 1935.1 He died on 3 June 2001 at age 94.1
