     William John French was born on 21 April 1854.1 He was the son of Charles French, 3rd Baron de Freyne of Coolavin and Catherine Maree.2 He married Mary Beirne on 10 July 1900.1 He died in 1928.1
     William John French was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Wexford Militia.1 He had four sons and four daughters.3

     Hugh Ronald French was born on 23 May 1886.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Robert French and Mary Cassandra Mair.2 He married Ida Marcella Wynne, daughter of Robert J. Wynne, on 17 June 1909.1 He and Ida Marcella Wynne were divorced in 1913.1 He died on 5 July 1929 at age 43.1
