     Reverend Hon. Norman Frederick William Balfour was born on 26 March 1884.1 He was the son of John Blair Balfour, 1st Baron Kinross and Hon. Marianne Eliza Moncreiff.1 He died on 27 April 1954 at age 70, unmarried.1
     He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1906 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1911 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Temporary Chaplain to the Forces between 1917 and 1918 in the 32nd Lowland Field Ambulance, Royal Army Medical Corps.1 He was Vicar between 1921 and 1926 at Leafield, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was Assistant Priest between 1945 and 1954 at St. Paul's, Herne Hill, London, England.1

     Hon. Isobel Nora Gwendoline Balfour was born on 8 September 1885.1 She was the daughter of John Blair Balfour, 1st Baron Kinross and Hon. Marianne Eliza Moncreiff.1 She married Captain Percival Henry Havelock Bailey, son of Colonel unknown Bailey, on 19 September 1908.1 She died on 8 April 1961 at age 75, without issue.1
     Her married name became Bailey. Her marriage to Captain Percival Henry Havelock Bailey was annulled in 1917.1

     Captain Percival Henry Havelock Bailey is the son of Colonel unknown Bailey.1 He married Hon. Isobel Nora Gwendoline Balfour, daughter of John Blair Balfour, 1st Baron Kinross and Hon. Marianne Eliza Moncreiff, on 19 September 1908.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 34th Sikh Pioneers.1 His marriage to Hon. Isobel Nora Gwendoline Balfour was annulled in 1917.1

     She graduated from Newnham College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 Her married name became Makower.
