Lettice Perrot was the daughter of Sir John Perrot and Jane Prust.1 She married, secondly, Walter Vaughan.1 She married, firstly, John Lagharne.1 She married, thirdly, Sir Arthur Chichester, 1st and last Baron Chichester of Belfast, son of Sir John Chichester and Gertrude Courtenay, on 8 April 1605.1 She died on 27 November 1620.1 She was buried on 10 January 1620/21 at Carrickfergus, County Antrim, Ireland.1
Her married name became Lagharne.1 Her married name became Vaughan.1 From 8 April 1605, her married name became Chichester.1 As a result of her marriage, Lettice Perrot was styled as Baroness Chichester of Belfast on 23 February 1612/13.
