     Sir Henry Gerald St. John-Mildmay, 9th Bt. was born on 17 April 1926.1 He was the son of Sir Anthony St. John-Mildmay, 8th Bt. and Violet Vane Hay-Drummond.2,1 He died on 4 November 1949 at age 23, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet St. John [G.B., 1772] on 3 October 1947.1

     Paulet St. John-Mildmay was born on 8 April 1791.2 He was the son of Sir Henry Paulet St. John-Mildmay, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mildmay.2 He married Anna Maria Wyndham Bouverie, daughter of Hon. Bartholemew Bouverie and Mary Wyndham Arundell, on 12 March 1813.2 He died on 19 May 1845 at age 54.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Coldstream Guards.2 He held the office of Mayor of Winchester in 1818.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Winchester.1 He lived at Hazelgrove, Queen Camel, Somerset, EnglandG.1

     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1

     Jane Dorothea St. John-Mildmay was born on 11 April 1788.1 She was the daughter of Sir Henry Paulet St. John-Mildmay, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mildmay.2 She married Paul Methuen, 1st Baron Methuen of Corsham, son of Paul Cobb Methuen and Matilda Gooch, on 31 July 1810.2 She died on 15 March 1846 at age 57.1
     Her married name became Methuen. After her marriage, Jane Dorothea St. John-Mildmay was styled as Baroness Methuen of Corsham on 13 July 1838.

     Paul Methuen, 1st Baron Methuen of Corsham was born on 21 June 1779.1 He was the son of Paul Cobb Methuen and Matilda Gooch.1 He married Jane Dorothea St. John-Mildmay, daughter of Sir Henry Paulet St. John-Mildmay, 3rd Bt. and Jane Mildmay, on 31 July 1810.1 He died on 11 September 1849 at age 70.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for Wiltshire between 1812 and 1819.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Wiltshire between 1831 and 1832.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Whig) for North Wiltshire between 1833 and 1837.1 He gained the title of 1st Baron Methuen of Corsham, co. Wilts [U.K.] on 13 July 1838.1
