     Ann Margaret Brereton was born on 18 September 1857.1 She was the daughter of Major William Robert Brereton and Catherine King Barry.2 She married William Wykeham Frederick Bourne, son of Reverend John Frederick Bourne, on 1 March 1881.1 She died on 24 February 1940 at age 82.1
     From 1 March 1881, her married name became Bourne.
