     Elizabeth Buxton was the daughter of Anthony Buxton.2 She married John Denman, son of Thomas Denman and Anne Nicholson, on 6 May 1726.1 She died in July 1760.1
     From 6 May 1726, her married name became Denman.

     Joseph Denman was born in 1731.1 He was the son of John Denman and Elizabeth Buxton.2 He married Elizabeth Finney, daughter of Richard Finney, on 22 March 1761.1 He died on 20 July 1812, without issue.1
     Joseph Denman graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Derbyshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Derbyshire.1 He lived at Buxton, Derbyshire, England.1
