     Peter Bellinger Brodie was born on 30 August 1778.1 He was the son of Reverend Peter Bellinger Brodie and Sarah Collins.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Mary Wood, daughter of Sutton Thomas Wood.1 He married, secondly, Susan Mary Morgan, daughter of John Morgan, on 1 June 1826.1
     Peter Bellinger Brodie was admitted to Lincoln's Inn entitled to practice as a Barrister.1 He was a conveyancer.1
