     Charles Russell was born circa 1838.1 He married Frances Oxenham Henrietta Santa de Palatiano, daughter of Demetrios de Palatiano, Comte de Palatiano and Elizabeth Anne Hartley, on 2 May 1876 at Clifton, Bristol, Gloucestershire, England.1 He died on 14 May 1891 at Reading, Berkshire, England.1 He was buried at Rossglass Catholic Church, County Down, Ireland.1
