     William Charles Browning was born on 25 September 1865.1 He was the son of Alfred French Browning and Emmeline Mary French.2 He married, firstly, Violet Faber, daughter of Captain unknown Faber, on 8 April 1895.1 He married, secondly, Margaret (?) in 1907.1 He died, without issue.1
