     Theophilus Clements was the son of Robert Clements and unknown Sandford.2 He married ante Burton, daughter of Francis Burton, in 1723.1 He died in 1728, . without issue.1
     County Cavan.1 To which he presented the Sov's Mace bearing his arms which were adopted for a long time by the co.1 He was sometime Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Cavan.1 He was Rt Honour.1 He was Privy Counsellor (P.C.).1 He lived Rathkenny.1 In 1687 bca.1 Between 1713 and 1728 and Sov (or Mayor) of Cavan.1 In 1726 High Sheriff.1
