     Edward Hopkinson was the son of John Hopkinson.2 He married Marianne Campbell, daughter of John Campbell and Nannie McCulloch, on 10 August 1886.1 He died on 15 January 1922.1
     He had one son and one daughter.1

     Mabel Campbell was born on 29 January 1863.1 She was the daughter of John Campbell and Nannie McCulloch.2 She married Charles Hopkinson, son of John Hopkinson, in 1886.1 She died in December 1942 at age 79.1
     From 1886, her married name became Hopkinson.

     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 12th Irish Rifles (Ulster Division).1
