Hugh Francis Casement was born on 20 November 1947.1 He is the son of Major Francis Charles Casement and Lesley Brown.2 He married Joanna Mary Cobb, daughter of Major Bernard Crofton Cobb, on 14 December 1968.1 He and Joanna Mary Cobb were divorced in 1973.1
Hugh Francis Casement was educated at Lancing College, Lancing, Sussex, England.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He lived in 1976 at 1 Chapel Lane, Binfield, Bracknell, Berkshire, England.1 He was a computer systems analyst.1
