Edward York Brooksbank and Hazel Thomas.1 She married, firstly, Henry Desmond Verner Pakenham, son of Hamilton Richard Pakenham, on 14 September 1946.1 She and Henry Desmond Verner Pakenham were divorced in 1960.1 She married, secondly, Ivor Geroge Salmond, son of Major George Salmond, on 8 November 1960.1 She married, thirdly, Vere Tweedie after 1981.1
     From 14 September 1946, her married name became Pakenham.1 From 8 November 1960, her married name became Salmond.1 From after 1981, her married name became Tweedie.1

     Lieutenant Hugh Godfrey Brooksbank was born on 24 November 1893.1 He was the son of Sir Edward Clitherow Brooksbank, 1st Bt. and Katherine Graham Lang.1 He died on 16 December 1914 at age 21, from wounds received in action.1
     Lieutenant Hugh Godfrey Brooksbank gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 2nd Battalion, Yorkshire Regiment.1 He fought in the First Battle of Ypres.1
