Caroline Cumming was the daughter of Colonel Sir John Cumming.2 She married James Dewar, 4th of Vogrie, son of James Dewar, 3rd of Vogrie and Elizabeth McCullough, on 19 April 1792.1 She died on 27 December 1856.1
