     Thomas Cosby is the son of Thomas Cosby and Grace Johnstone.2 He married Charlotte Elizabeth Kelly, daughter of Rt. Hon. Thomas Kelly, on 25 August 1802.1 He died on 22 January 1832,.1

     Charlotte Elizabeth Kelly was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Thomas Kelly.2 She married Thomas Cosby, son of Thomas Cosby and Grace Johnstone, on 25 August 1802.1 She died in 1863.1
     Lord Ch Justice of Court of Common Pleas.1 Her married name became Cosby.

     Thomas Phillips Cosby was born on 20 September 1803.1 He was the son of Thomas Cosby and Charlotte Elizabeth Kelly.2 He died in 1851, without issue , when the estates devolved on his nephew.1
