     Eleanor Jane Mills was the daughter of Sir Charles Mills, 1st Bt. and Emily Cox.1,2 She married Hon. Cecil Duncombe, son of William Duncombe, 2nd Baron Feversham of Duncombe Park and Lady Louisa Stewart, on 26 October 1859.1 She died on 24 May 1904.1
     From 26 October 1859, her married name became Duncombe.
