     George Stacpoole, 1st Comte Stacpoole was born on 26 August 1736.1 He was the son of Francis Stacpoole and Catherine Ronayne.2 He died on 25 March 1824 at age 87.1
     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Clare in 1763.1 In 1771 County Clare (s his uncle John (see above) ).1 He lived in 1771 at Cragbrien Castle, County Clare, Ireland.1 He lived at Grosvenor Place, London, England.1 He lived at Paris, France.1 He was created 1st Comte Stacpoole [France] on 21 July 1818, by Letters Patent from King Louis XVIII.1 He lived at Violet Hill, County Dublin, Ireland.1

     Richard Fitzgeorge de Stacpoole, 1st Duc de Stacpoole was born on 16 August 1787.1 He was the son of George Stacpoole, 1st Comte Stacpoole and Catherine Gingell.2,1 He married Elizabeth Tulloch, daughter of Major Francis Tulloch and Margaret Simpson.1 He died on 7 July 1848 at age 60.1
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.1 He was awarded half his father's estate by decision of French courts.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Comte Stacpoole [France, 1818] on 25 March 1824.1 He was created 1st Marquis de Stacpoole [Papal States] on 21 February 1826, by Pope Leo XII.1 On 21 February 1826 elevated to Nobility of Rome with title of MARQUIS.1 He was created 1st Duc de Stacpoole [Papal States] in May 1831, by Pope Gregory XVI.1 He lived at Montigny, Lencoup, France.1 He lived at Glasshayes, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, England.1
