     Richard Fitzgeorge de Stacpoole, 1st Duc de Stacpoole was born on 16 August 1787.¹ He was the son of George Stacpoole, 1st Comte Stacpoole and Catherine Gingell.^2,1 He married Elizabeth Tulloch, daughter of Major Francis Tulloch and Margaret Simpson.¹ He died on 7 July 1848 at age 60.¹
