Major Gower Barham Griffiths1

     Major Gower Barham Griffiths was born on 17 June 1920 at St. Asaph, Merionethshire, Wales.2 He was the son of Benjamin Barham Griffiths and Constance Willoughby Thornton Smith.3,2 He married Judith Mary Sheila de Stacpoole, daughter of Francis Gustave de Stacpoole and Emily Marion Watson, on 6 September 1956.1 He died on 3 April 1977 at age 56 at Greenwich, London, England.2
     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant on 15 February 1941 in the Indian Army.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant on 28 April 1945 in the King's Shropshire Light Infantry.2 He gained the rank of Captain on 17 June 1947.2 He gained the rank of Major on 17 June 1954.1,2 He lived in 1976 at Sky Corner, Capel, Kent, EnglandG.1

     Robert Andrew de Stacpoole was born on 25 May 1892.1 He was the son of George de Stacpoole, 4th Duc de Stacpoole and Pauline Mary MacEvoy.2 He died on 20 September 1914 at age 22, killed in action at the Battle of Aisne.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 2nd Battalion, Connaught Rangers.1

     Roderick Algernon Anthony de Stacpoole was born on 11 August 1895.1 He was the son of George de Stacpoole, 4th Duc de Stacpoole and Pauline Mary MacEvoy.2 He died on 11 March 1915 at age 19 at Neuve Chapelle, FranceG, killed in action.1
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Field Artillery.1

Gertrude Mary Pauline de Stacpoole1

     Gertrude Mary Pauline de Stacpoole was born on 7 October 1884.1 She was the daughter of George de Stacpoole, 4th Duc de Stacpoole and Pauline Mary MacEvoy.2 She married Colonel Harry McMicking, son of Gilbert McMicking, on 16 September 1907.1 She died on 24 August 1939 at age 54.1
     From 16 September 1907, her married name became McMicking.

Colonel Harry McMicking1

     Colonel Harry McMicking was the son of Gilbert McMicking.2 He married Gertrude Mary Pauline de Stacpoole, daughter of George de Stacpoole, 4th Duc de Stacpoole and Pauline Mary MacEvoy, on 16 September 1907.1 He died on 30 April 1944.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Scots.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1
