     John Reginald Charles Talbot was born on 15 November 1861.2 He was the son of John Reginald Francis George Talbot and Sarah Eliza Jones.3,4 He married Maria Josephine de Stacpoole, daughter of Reverend George Marie Stanislas Koska de Stacpoole, 3rd Duc de Stacpoole and Maria Dunn, on 2 August 1887.1 He died on 5 February 1909 at age 47.1
     He was educated at Oscott College, Sutton Coldfield, Warwickshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Dorsetshire Artillery Volunteers.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dorset.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.2 He held the office of Mayor of Lyme Regis between 1901 and 1903.2 He lived at Rhode Hill, Lyme Regis, Dorset, England.2

     Pauline Mary MacEvoy was the daughter of Edward Francis MacEvoy and Eliza Teresa Browne.2,1 She married George de Stacpoole, 4th Duc de Stacpoole, son of Reverend George Marie Stanislas Koska de Stacpoole, 3rd Duc de Stacpoole and Maria Dunn, on 1 December 1883.1 She died on 28 October 1944.1
     From 1 December 1883, her married name became de Stacpoole.

     George Edward Joseph Patrick de Stacpoole, 5th Duc de Stacpoole was born on 8 March 1886.1 He was the son of George de Stacpoole, 4th Duc de Stacpoole and Pauline Mary MacEvoy.2 He married Eileen Constance Palmer, daughter of James Palmer, on 12 November 1915.1 He died on 3 April 1965 at age 79.1
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Connaught Rangers.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was awarded the Knight of Honour and Devotion, Sovereign Military Order of Malta.1 He succeeded as the 5th Marquis de Stacpoole [Papal States, 1826] on 3 April 1929.1 He succeeded as the 5th Duc de Stacpoole [Papal States, 1831] on 3 April 1929.1 He succeeded as the 6th Comte Stacpoole [France, 1818] on 3 April 1929.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Galway.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Meath.1 He lived at Tobertynan, County Meath, IrelandG.1

     Lt.-Col. Edward Hubert Michael de Stacpoole was born on 29 September 1888.1 He was the son of George de Stacpoole, 4th Duc de Stacpoole and Pauline Mary MacEvoy.2 He married Millicent Lavender Norska Francis, daughter of Edward Francis Francis, on 12 September 1922.1
     Lt.-Col. Edward Hubert Michael de Stacpoole usually went by his middle name of Hubert.1 He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Leinster Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded and was mentioned in despatches.1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre in 1918 avec Palmes.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1919.1 He was DAQMG between 1919 and 1920.1 He was awarded the Order of St. Anne of Russia in 1920 3rd class with swords, awarded by the Imperial Government in exile.1 He lived at Mount Hazel, County Galway, IrelandG.1 He was awarded the Knight of Honour and Devotion, Sovereign Military Order of Malta.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Scots (Royal Regiment.)1 He was DAQMG between 1924 and 1928.1 He was DAA & QMG, Welsh Area between 1930 and 1933.1
