     Alice Ada Gay was the daughter of Robert Gay.1 She married Llewellyn Abraham FitzMaurice, son of Commander Hon. Frederick O'Bryen FitzMaurice and Mary Anne Taylor Abraham, in 1890.1 She died in 1947.1
     From 1890, her married name became FitzMaurice.

     Hon. Alexander Temple FitzMaurice was born on 23 January 1834.1 He was the son of Thomas John Hamilton FitzMaurice, 5th Earl of Orkney and Hon. Charlotte Isabella Irby.2 He married Adela Mary Scrope, daughter of Simon Thomas Scrope and Catherine Dorothy Meynell, on 26 April 1873.1 He died on 19 June 1894 at age 60.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 72nd Regiment.1 He fought in the Crimean War.1 He held the office of Groom of the Bedchamber to the Prince of Wales, (later HM Edward VII.)1

     Adela Mary Scrope was the daughter of Simon Thomas Scrope and Catherine Dorothy Meynell.1,2 She married, firstly, Edward Riddell before 1873.1 She married, secondly, Hon. Alexander Temple FitzMaurice, son of Thomas John Hamilton FitzMaurice, 5th Earl of Orkney and Hon. Charlotte Isabella Irby, on 26 April 1873.1 She died on 2 March 1915.1
     From before 1873, her married name became Riddell.1 Her married name became FitzMaurice.

     Simon Thomas Scrope was born on 29 December 1758 at Danby upon Yore, Yorkshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Simon Scrope.2 He married Catherine Dorothy Meynell, daughter of Edward Meynell and Dorothy Cory, on 3 March 1789.2 He died on 14 August 1838 at age 79 at Danby, Yorkshire, EnglandG.2
     He was educated at Douai, FranceG, secretly under the name Wharton.3 He lived at Danby, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1

     Alfred Chenevix Trench was born on 4 November 1849.1 He was the son of Most Rev. and Rt. Hon. Richard Chenevix Trench and Hon. Frances Mary Trench.1 He married Ella Moore, daughter of James Moore, on 27 November 1873.1 He died on 13 March 1938 at age 88, without issue.1
     He was given the name of Alfred Trench at birth. In 1873 his name was legally changed to Alfred Chenevix Trench.1

     Captain Hon. James Terence FitzMaurice was born on 26 February 1835.2 He was the son of Thomas John Hamilton FitzMaurice, 5th Earl of Orkney and Hon. Charlotte Isabella Irby.2 He married, firstly, Frances Rhoda Ouseley, daughter of Sir William Gore Ouseley, on 21 March 1861.2 He married, secondly, Eleanor Palairet, daughter of Captain Septimus Henry Palairet and Mary Anne Hamilton, on 28 September 1911.2 He died on 8 April 1917 at age 82.2
     Captain Hon. James Terence FitzMaurice usually went by his middle name of Terence.2 He was Inspector-General of Prisons, Ceylon between 1867 and 1871.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Berkshire.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1
