     Rothesay Timothy Gibbs was born on 26 January 1927.1 He was the son of Captain Lionel Cyril Gibbs and Mary Charlesworth.1 He married Ann Caroline Bury, daughter of Lt.-Col. Cecil Bury, on 10 October 1953.1 He died in 1990.1
     Rothesay Timothy Gibbs usually went by his middle name of Timothy.1 He was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the Coldstream Guards.1

     Ann Caroline Bury usually went by her middle name of Caroline.1 From 10 October 1953, her married name became Gibbs.1 She lived in 1999 at Creaton Lodge, Creaton, Northamptonshire, England.1
