     Susan Gibbs was born on 4 April 1927.1 She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Ralph Crawley-Boevey Gibbs and Dorothy Elizabeth Houldsworth.1 She married Major Richard Culling Carr-Gomm, son of Mark Culling Carr-Gomm, on 21 October 1957.1
     From 21 October 1957, her married name became Carr-Gomm.1 She adopted Adam Richard Carr-Gomm. She lived in 1999 at Batheaston, Avon, England.1
